As you know I have just returned from a bit of a break, and although love that the clan has made many progressive changes, was saddened to see the lack of DODS servers.... after all it was you guys, (AnE), who pulled me away from the filth that was mmorpg :(

Anyway, thankfully my time away was spent growing my business, which rather luckily is a GSP business (XTR Game Servers).

I am currently just finalising some talks with Churchill, however feel confident that some 2 brand new spanking DODS servers will be up and running very shortly.

Although I am in a position to provide the servers free of charge, I will need assitance in maintaining them.

So, I was hoping to get a feel from you lot about who is willing to chip in.......... bear in mind that does not mean cash wise, it simply means offering a helping hand in maintaining the servers, to ensure that they once again become the 1st choice for any DODS player.

Obviously Churchill does not have the time to maintain the servers all by himself, which contributed to the situation the dods side of things is in, so pulling together on this bit is important.

Right so, presuminbg that this last stage will go well....... What is needed at this stage is:

1. People to step up to the mark to help maintain the servers

2. Ideas on how the servers should be set up ( I always liked 1 custom maps server 1 standard maps)

3. A big party to celebrate the return of my damdest faveourite servers in the DODS community.

So if no one objects to me offering my assistance, thoughts and feedback please people...... throw it all out there!!

Thought I would pop on and say hi to everyone, certainly good to still see some of the old names (no offense anyone) on here, and of course the servers still up and running, bloody brilliant :)

THought I'd pop over and say hi, and as it's been so long, I am downloading dods again as we speak, as I quite simply have to get back on and show you all how its done, make sure you haven't got rusty, lol.

Hope everyones doing ok...... keep an eye out on the servers for me, I'll be the one throwing rockets around like they're going out of fashion :)
